grimisham From living legend Tobi Vail and a member of post Coughs no wavers Stillsuit comes the best example of no wave meets riot girl since Meltdown's The Map. Best thing I've heard all year.

Gavin Hellyer Considering the muscularity of these tracks the music is actually fairly minimalist, with predominance essentially revolving around drums and chanting. Different and very, very good indeed. Girl power yeah! Favorite track: Soldier Driver.

What a fantastic find. Throws all of my love for Wire, Minutemen, The Waitresses, and every other herky-jerky art-punk band, into a blender and comes out better than a kale smoothie.
